It can be monotonous and pays well if you hustle. You can make more money if you own your own rig.
You might like it if you enjoy traveling. There is a lot of down time while waiting in line to unload your truck.

Make lots of money.
Can be stressful.
Miss a lot of time away from your family.
If you like driving highways it may be for you,
(But it can be boring during rush hour)
(Definitely wont be easy to change lanes)
And remember it isnt an easy job as you are driving an extra big vehicle on the road and sometimes have to get in and out of the smallest spots.

It depends on whether you enjoy driving and how much you care for other commuters on the road.Yes it pays well if you are not accident prone. The job of driving could be satisfying if you enjoy the job.for that matter any job can be satisfying if you enjoy the work.
