A CDL license is valid in all 50 states. If you move from one state to another, it can be transfered. I moved from NJ to NC, and all that was required was an eye test, a sign test, and proof of a current ICC physical exam.
the cdl has to be from the state that you have your home address from if you live in virginia and move to origon to live.you have to transfer your license to that state…
