how do i get experience?
just graduated from a national tractor trailer school and was wondering how i am going to get a job with no experience. how do i rank up with other drivers? how do employers look at school graduates????
i have a class b license with tankers, air brakes, haz mat, tow truck, school bus and passenger endorsements

Why not just go for your class A. You cant get a job with a class B with no experience, If you got your class A the school would have set you up with a job it would be OTR but at least you would have gotten you experience.
Here's how you can get practical experience if you currently have none.
Let's say no company trusts you with no actual driving experience.
You could get a job starting out as only a regular driver, or another job in that company that doesn't require driving.
A month or so later, you see a posting for a position that requires your special license.
You can now apply for that job, and you now have experience.
Plus, most companies like to hire from within.
Are you willing to relocate?
