Thinking of moving to the Kansas City Missouri area?

My husband and I are considering a move to Kansas City, Mo. area. We are leaving Michign to enter an area with a better economy and better schools for our 3 kids. I am a mother pantofolaia and is a driver of the tractor trailer of Cdl-a with 6 years of driving experience and a record clean. Can anyone offer advice on which areas to be examined for rental housing respectable? We 're looking for a safe neighborhood and a house of 3 bedrooms that is reasonably valued. Except that, anyone can offer of advice on how to secure employment before moving in Missouri? We have never sought employment from the condition and do not appreciate any advice.

I can't give any input on good living locations but as for how to secure employment…. pretty simple….
When I moved from the U.P. of Mich down to Tennessee I got on the computer and looked for driving jobs. There were tons of them. I was told by many companies that I could start immediately or when I wanted to. I got moved in and 3 days later (3 days was my choice) I was in the truck. It wasn't really what I was looking for but it created a paycheck and provided for us until I could find something that suited my needs…. i just wanted to make sure I wasn't left looking for a job when I got there. Weather he is looking for a local company or to drive OTR, he has alot of options and alot of companies would love to take him in having 6 yrs and a clean record.
